ISQ was established in 1999 under the Constructivist Humane Pedagogy. In the course of time this philosophy has been strengthened to get the IBO certification to apply Primary Years Programme which has 5 elements:
Concepts, Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes and Taking Action.
